Requirements
Active LCAS or CCS in North Carolina · Experience supervising associate-level clinicians · PHP/IOP program background

Admissions & Outreach Coordinator
First point of contact for clients, families, and referral sources. Conducts same-day intake calls and screening coordination, verifies insurance benefits, and builds referral relationships with hospitals and discharge planners.

Behavioral health admissions/intake experience · Comfort with insurance verification · Fixed salary only, no incentive tied to admission volume
