Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Where we are today. Clarent Behavioral Health is currently pre-launch and not yet licensed to provide treatment. This policy covers how we handle information submitted through this website, including our waitlist form. It does not replace, and should not be read as, a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. A separate Notice of Privacy Practices governing your treatment records will apply once we are licensed and admitting clients.

Information we collect

When you join our waitlist or otherwise contact us through this website, we may collect:

We do not use tracking pixels, third-party advertising scripts, or analytics tools on this site that share visitor data with advertising networks. We do not sell, rent, or trade any information collected through this site.

How we use your information

We will never use the information you provide here for marketing purposes unrelated to Clarent's treatment services, and we will never share it with third parties for their own marketing use.

How your information is stored

Waitlist inquiries submitted through this site are sent directly to our admissions team via email. We limit access to this information to staff directly involved in admissions and outreach.

Once you become a client

If you are admitted into treatment, a separate HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, along with additional confidentiality protections under 42 CFR Part 2 for substance use disorder treatment records, will govern how your protected health information is used and disclosed. You will receive and be asked to acknowledge that notice separately, before or at the start of treatment.

Your choices

You may ask us to delete any information you've submitted through the waitlist at any time by emailing admissions@clarentbh.com. Submitting your information through this site is never a commitment to begin treatment.
